Daro, the small heartless mushroom juggernaut has opened his own little blacksmith shop and works on not only buying and selling equipment, but also can increase your current weapons and armor. However, his wares and services come with a price, and if it's upgrades you're looking for, you will either need to bring him the materials he requires or spend extra money for the materials needed. He now also enchants equipment for you.
Daro can work on a piece of armor or weapon per day, and the increase is always the amount of what his equipment allows.
