Receive offerings- When something is placed on a shrine to her, RaiRai is able to summon the item to her, even through dimensions.
Sense good and evil- Able to sense a person if they are good or evil.
Hear prayers- Able to hear earnest prayers to her, even through dimensions. Also able to discern where and who they are from.
lvl 2 Guardian block- Able to use a free action to either move between a target and an attack coming at them, or push them out of the way. If user has dodge, has a chance to move both target and the user themself out of the way. Able to do twice per battle, or twice every hour.
