This is the list of what items you can usually find in shops across the land of Hyrule and whatever other lands the world may have. Know that your milage may verie depending on how much the town likes or dislikes you, or how their full their stock might be.
Arrows- For bows. Usually regular arrows with pointed heads for piercing damage. +3 piercing
(10 rupees for 20)
Blunt arrows- Arrows for blunt damage. +3 blunt
(20 rupees for 20)
Rope-cutter arrows- Arrows that make it easier for cutting ropes or other such long, narrow objects. +3 cutting
(20 rupees for 20)
Whistle arrows- Arrows that make a whistling sound when fired. +3 blunt
(20 rupees for 20)
Bomb arrows- Arrows that have explosive heads, don't fly as far as regular arrows because of the extra weight at the end. 10 explosive damage
(30 rupees for 20)
Ice arrows- Arrows imbued with the power of ice. On contact, the target is encased in ice. +10 ice damage
(50 rupees for 20)
Fire arrows- Arrows imbued with the power of fire. Can burn targets on contact. +10 fire damage
(50 rupees for 20)
Lightning arrows- Arrows imbued with the power of lightning. Shocks targets on contact and conducts electricity in water. +10 lightning damage
(50 rupees for 20)
Bombs- Regular bombs, good for explosive damage. 20 explosive damage
(10 rupees for 1)
Bombchu- Mechanical rats with implanted explosives, moves along a straight line and can climb walls. 20 explosive damage
(20 rupees for 1)
Red potions- Used for restoring health. 20 HP restored per potion.
(50 Rupees for 1)
Green potion- Magic potion, used for restoring mana. 20 MP per potion.
(50 rupees for 1)
Cool potion- Good for surviving extremely hot areas. Last 3 hours per potion.
(30 rupees for 1)
Hot potion- Good for surviving extremely cold ares. Last 3 hours per potion.
(30 rupees for 1)
Antidote- Used for neutralizing poision.
(10 rupees for 1)
Anti-paralyzing potion- Used for neutralizing paralyzing venom.
(10 rupees for 1)
Rope- Rope, used for climbing or tying objects in place.
(20 rupees for 50 feet)
Bed rolls- Used for camping out in the wilderness. Not the most comfortable to sleep in but at least your not laying in the dirt.

Tent- Can be used for blocking out cold wind or hot sun light, comes in many sizes.
(Small (5x10 feet) 100 rupees, Medium (10x10 feet) 200 rupees , Large (20x20 feet) 500 rupees)
